It is important as what you eat reflects from your body. But you can make your diet chart interesting and rewarding.

Include healthy foods like fruits, carbohydrates, juice, meat, fish, eggs and milk in your diet chart. The amount of food you are taking will depend on your body fat and amount of work you do after breakfast. The amount of work you do will burn the fat from your body and make you look good as the fats are being used when you work.

Reward system is something that makes you happy to follow your diet chart. Like other people you definitely like to have chocolate, sweets, pizzas, cakes, etc, right? But feel bad that you cannot eat these delicacies. It is the time to eat these foods, but only when you have successfully completed your target.

Give yourself a target like losing a few kilos. Once you have lost them give yourself a treat of your favorite food. Do remember to treat yourself only when you succeed and in very small amount. This will make you feel better and give you more enthusiasm to follow the diet chart honestly. But the key role is to staying honest with the rules.
