Internet Marketing: Are You A White Hat Or Black Hat SEO?
In internet marketing there is something called SEO or search engine optimization where they improve the quality of traffic or the volume of visitors a webpage receives from an unpaid search engine. Within the SEO there are two types of hackers involved in the webpage and search engines productivity. That can either help the website or search engine or destroy them by the type of hacker that they are and the purpose they set out to do.
A white hat hacker focuses on providing good to a website or search engine and is thought of as the good guy or white hat. They are also called ethical hackers or penetration tester and they focus on protecting and making sure the system is secure for the users. Search engines generally approve the white hats so they can help build and restore their services as well as keep them secure and safe for the users. They tend to produce results that last a long time White hats use techniques called social engineering techniques used to keep search engines safe.
A black hat hacker focuses on breaking into systems, networks, and computers. They specialize in unauthorized penetration and use this hacking for fun, profit, or political motivations. The work they do of modification or erasing is not to be confused with what white hats do to search engines and web pages. They also contribute to internet viruses, spam, botnets, and internet worms. They are also good at copy restriction methods such as copy prevention.
