If you cannot walk the whole distance choose the streets you would love to walk. Then ride bus to reach the destination. You will feel better once you start losing fat. Walking everyday for thirty minutes does not harm anyone. In fact, it is necessary and essential for your health.

Secondly, the household works can help you to lose those extra kilos from your body. Sweeping make your belly area look better and the added benefit is the clean house. If you clean the utensils, you lose fats. Cooking really helps you to lose many kilos from your body. If you are cooking on a daily basis, you can stay in good shape without much effort. But your eating habit and lifestyle affect you daily effort. So take care of your food and healthy lifestyle always helps.
